The meeting mainly discussed the efforts to recover the core documentation from HS. It has proven extremely difficult to even make a meeting with HS and because of his illness, when this subject has been raised, little useful information is gained. The intention is to arrange a formal meeting with HS, in the presence of an interim Clerk, so that key information and documents can be recovered. Once these documents are acquired and assessed, PPC will progress to an EGM to approve the draft AGAR. - AOB
